The JAMB Direct Entry is targeting the candidates with high-level qualifications, including A-level, OND, NCE, or its equivalents. It enables the candidates to skip the conventional UTME and obtain direct entry to the second or 200 level of courses they prefer.

Sep 1: Create Your JAMB Profile
You must have a JAMB profile before you commence with your registration. Here’s how:
- Go to JAMB e-Facility Portal.
- Click on the creation of e-Facility Account.
- Register your own information, such as a working email address and phone number.
- Confirm or verify your email so as to establish the account.
- Step 2: Obtain the JAMB DE E-PIN
- Firstly, in order to start your application, you must buy the JAMB DE E-PIN.
- The E-PIN fee is N4,700 that also comprises of registration and text reading charges. You can buy the E-PIN at:
- Certified JAMB registration centres.
- Examples of these banks include Zenith Bank, First Bank, and Access Bank.
- Internet payment systems like Remita.
- Step 3: Pay visit to a JAMB approved CBT Center.
- After getting your E-PIN, you can now visit any of the JAMB approved CBT (Computer
- Based Test) centres to finalize your registration. Here’s what to do:
- Insert your E-PIN and personal information.
- Add passport picture (make sure it meets the requirements of JAMB).
- Provide your academic qualifications (ND, HND or A-Level certificate).
- Give your O’Level performance (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB).
- Step 4: Biometric Authentication.
- Your biometric information (fingerprint) will be scanned in the CBT center.
- This is what must be done and makes your identity to be linked with your application.
- Step 5: Gather Your JAMB DIRECT Registration Slip.
- This will be followed by receiving a registration slip with a unique registration number.
- Keep this slip secured, you will have to refer to it later.
